What are the values that drive who you are and what you do?
It’s important to consider how you communicate those values to the people around you – be they friends, family, audience or clients.
We’re hardwired to seek out other people who share our values. Tribes are formed not among people who have what we have or do what we do unless they believe what we believe.
When you demonstrate your values consistently in every interaction you have with the people around you, you teach them that they can come to expect these of you in your life and your work.
That’s what builds your tribe and strengthens your community.
